I'm going out of town this Thursday and leaving my dog, Ruby with some friends(thank you Laurae and Kristen!). I'm excited for a little getaway but I'm gonna miss my baby!!!!!

how rude!

what is it with rudeness????
a woman came into my shop yesterday. I wasn't there but one of my employees and a customer both told me that this person rushed in front of another customer demanding service and acting very obnoxious. I have dealt with this woman before and she's always aggressive but has never been this bad. I think it's time to tell her not to come back. SemiPrecious is a happy place and someone like that is not welcome.
